We have worked with Niemczyk Hoffmann since 2005 when they created our web site; a marketing and communications tool about which we had given a fair amount of thought prior to finally contacting NHGI. Since our profession deals with many issues associated with graphics and design, we were a bit reluctant to hand the reigns for the launching of our initial web site to another design professional. As we had hoped, NHGI first listened to our desires, concerns, and questions; embraced the design aesthetic we tried to characterize to them; proceeded to inform us of possibilities we had not yet considered; and finally, enthusiastically orchestrated the creation of a final design for which we receive regular positive feedback. They were able to walk the narrow line of establishing a new and interesting portal into the visual and narrative definition of our firm, while managing to not lose touch of the authorship of our own professional identity. We continue to find Tracy, Ted and their staff to be informative, creative, detailed oriented, and a pleasure with which to be working on an annual basis.
